SYNCHRONIZATION is an educational-experience course that lasts for 4 weeks (meetings) and is intended for anyone planning to embark on the journey of parenthood.
From the perspective of pre- and perinatal psychology, parenthood does not begin with the arrival of the baby, but much earlier. When we understand this, things can be experienced quite differently. Some situations can be avoided (made conscious), and some can be improved. Ultimately, you'll be more prepared! Insights, knowledge, resources, and skills are just some of the topics covered in this course.
Over the course of 4 weeks, I will guide you from the very beginning—preconception, conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Each sequence is important!
The course is designed to provide educational content as well as tasks for participants, leading us on a journey that will surely trigger some processes of questioning and exploration, while also giving you a boost on your new journey.
The number of participants is limited and is of a closed type.
