Since my teenage years, I have been searching for powerful tools for personal development and constantly experimenting with them. It was only logical that now, as a mother, I would pursue advanced education related to my baby's development, especially on topics that even gynecologists and midwives in Serbia know little about. This is how I found Nana. Nana is the only place in our region focused on prenatal (the period when we are in the womb) and perinatal (the act of birth) psychology, which has been shown in recent decades to significantly influence our later lives.
Did you know how ignorant we were as a civilization until relatively recently? Up until 1986, babies were operated on live, without any anesthesia, under the belief that "a baby doesn’t feel"? Did you know that while in the womb, we are not in any way separate from our mother's emotions, but absorb them through so-called neuropeptides? Did you know that events from the womb and the birth process itself affect our entire lives and personalities? Did you know that between 85% and 95% of people born in hospitals, where the pace is adjusted to the doctor rather than the baby, carry a birth trauma throughout their lives, often without knowing what it is? Did you know that this trauma can be healed? Did you know that we start to remember everything around us three weeks after conception, and that we often find it difficult to grasp this semantically and cognitively? Did you know that you had as many as 12 senses while you were in your mother’s womb?
I learned all of this and much more in workshops with Nana, the only Pre and Perinatal Educator (PPNE) in our region. I have completed all her training, and I will continue to do so, first as a person who wants to evolve, and then as a mother.
Dear Nana,
This will be more of a confession than a brief review. I am grateful for the paths of the Lord that allowed me to listen to you during Doula Week. Your lecture on 'Birth from the Baby’s Perspective' greatly influenced my decision to give birth naturally. At that time, I was still living in Austria, and my choice for an unmedicated birth, as well as the possibility of the golden hour, felt both possible and real.
I am thankful that you enabled me to be part of the October group under conditions that suited me, and I am still speechless over your gesture. Most of all, I am grateful that you chose the path you did, and that there is someone in our region presenting birth in a new way, bridging global scientific knowledge with the poorly educated mothers and professionals in our beautiful country of Serbia.
Finally, after five days of fantastically designed workshops that provide knowledge, joy, and new perspectives, you reaffirmed my decision to stay on the right path and realize a natural birth upon returning to our country. Every word from your lecture last night offered this somewhat 'crazy' pregnant woman additional support to remain faithful and choose the right way to bring her baby into the world.
Thank you once again for everything. Your time is just beginning, and I will certainly witness many successes that await you in our region. You are a beacon of hope and light for a better world in the future.
Warm regards from Novi Sad.
Dear Nana,
I simply feel the need to reach out to you (I hope it's okay to be informal, I think it brings us closer :) ) and tell you that the information you share awakens some primal maternal instincts in me, the kind that validate primary tribal feelings, like "yes, I've been sensing this in my thoughts all along, and finally here is someone who is proclaiming it in the real world." These are the kinds of knowledge that should be taught in schools; this is knowledge that should be constantly served to us until we learn it, and until we implement it so deeply into our consciousness that we can embody it, making it part of us, so that such thinking becomes as natural as breathing.I am endlessly, truly endlessly grateful for all your teachings that you bring to the Balkans to shed light. By raising awareness of these matters, you are directly changing people's perspectives on childbirth, which in turn brings forth happier children who are more in harmony with themselves and life. How optimistic that is!
Once again, thank you for all the love and passion you invest in your work because I definitely feel it. I am immensely inspired by strong and brave women like you.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Participant of the Synchron Lab education!
In the baby massage workshop, alongside the atmosphere, the overall approach, and attentiveness, I was especially impressed by the topic of crying that the instructor discussed. It was very useful knowledge.

Dear Nana,
I have several reasons for writing to you. One is personal and intimate. First, this third pregnancy has awakened a very special feeling and mood in me. I perceive things around me in a much more spiritual way. It all started with the preparation for a home birth, and then an inexplicable need arose to connect with all women (both those who are alive and those who are not). Then you appeared with your entire prenatal story, through which I began to look at myself and my children differently (and that is emotionally very difficult for me), and I feel a great task and responsibility toward Lenka who is on her way. I carry all of this within me, and I'm not quite sure how to organize and structure it all. On one hand, I don’t want to create a stir two months before the birth, but on the other hand, this inner need is so strong that I can't let it go. I would love for the birth to be both homey and enlightening (that's how I imagine it, and I hope it will help me in that sense).
The second impression is the one that can be "shared" with others. I believe that prenatal music workshops are crucial for every (future) mother. Perhaps even more important for those expecting their first baby. Why? Because living in the 2000s, we women have become very detached from our intuition on all levels, and every mother, when she gives birth for the first time, focuses on the physical care of the baby, whether it is well-fed and sleeps well, and so on... with a lot of self-doubt. This is because today (especially today!) care and attention for pregnant women are lacking at the societal level, from doctors and gynecologists to the system, leaving women to fend for themselves. Prenatal music workshops offer insight inward, to the beginning, to what is truly important, which is the foundation and base of all of us. This is the starting point from which a new, healthy society is born, and I find this idea fascinating! Imagine if every Health Center had a section for prenatal education and counseling/care! Imagine if doctors treated pregnant women as those carrying the seeds of a better future for all of us! If, in this chaotic time, the system were a support for pregnant women instead of an additional burden and the feeling of being left to their own devices throughout the entire pregnancy and birth! Thank you! Thank you for being there, for believing, and for your efforts.
Great course (Baby Massage), excellent accompanying story, wonderful atmosphere, and of course, a phenomenal instructor!

It’s very hard for me to put into words all the emotions I experienced during the workshops. I truly enjoyed it, and even though many things I heard were familiar and close to me, it was so comforting to hear them all in one place with the kind of assurance and expertise that Nana provides. In addition to the planned topics, we touched on many other important themes, which showed that Nana has exceptionally broad knowledge that is useful for (future) moms. I received encouragement to continue connecting with my baby and many helpful tips, and I really believe it’s crucial that at least part of this knowledge is shared with professionals who work with pregnant women daily! I would recommend every mom to join in and treat herself and her baby to the most beautiful gift and companionship!
The Musical Baby Bonding program comes highly recommended from the heart to all moms, especially those like me who don't feel confident when it comes to singing. Not only did we confirm that our voices are the most beautiful to our babies, but with Nana's guidance and "lessons," singing became easier and more enjoyable, eventually becoming a part of our daily routine. The classes themselves were a true oasis of peace for me, an opportunity to fully relax and focus on my baby, her smiles, and the communication signals she sends. I am amazed at how she, at just four months old, enjoys the songs and rhymes we've learned. It was a wonderful experience that provided me with knowledge and structure—how to incorporate music, movement, and touch into each day, making the time spent with my baby even more meaningful and valuable. Thank you, Nana, for everything.

After so many years of various trainings in the fields of lactation, breastfeeding, and baby development, I finally attended a training that is so profound, layered, sobering, emotional, and complex that I’ve been sitting in silence for hours, reflecting and trying to integrate everything I learned and experienced over the past two days.
Every person needs to hear this. Every person who works with future parents needs to know this. Everyone who comes into contact with newborn families needs to learn this. The world would be a much better place as a result.
Thank you, Nana, for all the knowledge you have and for all the topics you have opened up! They are incredibly invaluable!

In the first half of March, I attended the first course on pre and perinatal psychology for professionals, as Nana called it at SYNChrony Lab, along with several other women. Although I had previously attended every one of Nana's webinars, this gathering was significant for me, not only because of my work but also for my personal development. It helped me overcome some fears and open new chapters that I want to explore within myself.
Working with breastfeeding doesn’t just mean positioning the baby correctly at the breast, although proper latch is very important for successful breastfeeding. It also means listening to the mother and baby and their needs, and only then giving advice that I believe can help.
In today’s world, when many mothers spend long periods at home with their babies without the support of the community that should be there to help, there isn’t always an ideal or best solution for every mother and baby. That’s why an individual approach is very important. Advice doesn’t always solve the problem; sometimes, just providing support, being there, and listening to the mother’s and baby’s story is enough. Sometimes, it’s necessary to refer the mother to someone else who can help her.
Often, other issues manifest as breastfeeding problems, so it’s important to dig deeper and discover what’s really going on. Many situations I’ve encountered in practice and often resolved instinctively received their "aha" moments during Nana's training, which is why I want to publicly thank Nana for everything she does. It means a lot to me, and I hope it benefits the mothers and babies I work with as well.
Thank you!

Just wanted to reach out, dear Nana...
An incredible shift has happened since I listened to the webinars and since we’ve been in touch. As I became more aware and "talked" with her about the birth and everything that happened before it, we’ve connected incredibly deeply. I truly felt that day by day we were getting closer. She seeks my closeness, there’s much better eye contact, and her restlessness is no longer so intense. All in all, I’m finally enjoying my role as a mother and I feel like I’ve broken the barrier between myself and my daughter. As my husband says, "You’ve torn down the wall that separated you."
I just wanted to let you know that with your help, we succeeded, and we’re moving forward! What a burden it was—only I know. I hope this brightens your day, while you’ve given us life.
Hello Nana,
First, I want to tell you that I finished the PPN webinars yesterday. I want to express my sincerest gratitude for your tireless hosting of the webinars. Your expertise, dedication, and kindness made each webinar an incredibly useful and inspiring experience.
Your knowledge and ability to convey information are truly inspiring, and thanks to you, I have gained invaluable insights that will be of great benefit as soon as the babies arrive.
Thank you for always being willing to answer questions during the music workshops and for providing additional clarification whenever it was needed. I felt supported and encouraged.
Once again, thank you.
